Fishermen checks require up to five days for processing after the conclusion of an opener. At times, it may take longer while we are pending on the best price to offer our fishermen. We thank you for your patience.
Please check with our fleet manager to ensure we have your correct phone number and mailing addresses. Stop by our office during business hours to pick up your check(s).
If you are leaving town, please specify an address for the check to be delivered to. Additionally, if you have changed your mailing address, please stop by our office to fill out an "Update Address" form.
Please call Bong at (907)429-3686 to schedule an ice delivery at the dock or stop by our plant on 129 Harbor Loop Road for assistance.
Our tenders offer gas, diesel, ice, and care package delivery during the openers in the Sound and the Flats. Please message our fleet manager for their locations when they are in service.
If you would like to get a care package sent out, please contact our fleet manager or stop by our office to drop off the package(s) prior to the start of the next opener. They will be sent out on the next available vessel.
End of the year reports will be mailed out at the conclusion of the season. We will be using the address we have on file for you. Please ensure we have your correct address. If you have changed your mailing address, please stop by our office to fill out an "Update Address" form. Otherwise, stop by our office anytime to inquire for statements.
